I built a system from scratch to make everything faster, clearer, and easier to manage.
The Problem
Inventory tracking was scattered and inefficient.
There was no simple way to scan, update, or track items in real time, and cycle counts took longer than they should.
The Solution
I designed a full Excel-based inventory system with:
Unique SKUs for every item
QR codes for scanning
A workflow to add, deplete, and track inventory
Connected sheets that update automatically
A layout that’s easy to use without training
